The Services

Cancellations and changes to the types of services

Policy for canceling a transaction and returning products, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancelled Transaction), 5771-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
A service that has been scheduled for a customer may be canceled at any time, provided that the customer notifies the site management of the cancellation or change of date at least 30 days before the end of the contract.

No refunds may be received for services that have been performed.

Delivery policy

Most products on the site are ready for shipment within 14 business days.
You can choose a type of delivery with a courier to your home. Deliveries do not reach Eilat, dangerous places, areas outside the Green Line or countries outside Israel.
Shipping costs are as they appear on the payment page.
Warranty and service

Services will be provided in accordance with the service packages that will be offered by the site management at the start of the service.
